Roofing Service Areas Across Boston & the North Shore
From our shop in Danvers we cover the city, the inner suburbs, and the coast. Every town below has its own page — because a slate mansard in the Back Bay and a Cape in Saugus are not the same job.
- Danvers HQ · 30 min to most of Greater Boston

Based In Danvers
A real shop, 20 miles from downtown Boston
We are not a national brand renting a virtual office. Our address is on Route 62 in Danvers, and our trucks run down 128 and 93 every morning.
That location matters more than it sounds. Danvers sits at the hinge between two very different roofing markets. Head south and you are in Boston’s triple-decker belt — Dorchester, South Boston, Somerville — where flat and low-slope roofs, party walls, and zero staging room define every job.
Head east and you hit salt air: Marblehead, Swampscott, and Gloucester, where wind uplift and corroding fasteners kill roofs long before the shingles wear out. And the towns immediately around us carry a 50 psf design ground snow load against Boston’s 40 psf — a quarter more weight on the same rafters.
One company, three genuinely different sets of problems. That is why we do not sell a single roof system to everyone who calls.

Questions about our coverage
Travel charges, response times, and what happens if your town is not on the list.
No. Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and the whole inner-suburb ring are core territory, not an outer edge. Our trucks run 128 and 93 every morning. Travel is priced into how we operate, not added as a line item at the end.
Probably — the list is where we work most, not a fence. Call +1 (209) 758-8550 with the address and we will tell you honestly whether we can crew it and when. If it is genuinely too far to service a warranty call properly, we will say that instead of taking the job.
For active leaks inside our core coverage we aim to be on site the same day, and overnight for storm damage. Nor-easter days are the exception for everyone — when a single storm generates hundreds of calls across Greater Boston, we triage by severity and tell you a realistic window rather than a comfortable one.
Because the roofs are genuinely different. A Back Bay mansard, a Dorchester three-decker with board sheathing, a Marblehead coastal shingle-style home needing stainless fasteners, and a West Peabody 1950s Cape are four different jobs. The design snow load is even different — 40 psf in Boston and Salem, 50 psf in Danvers, Ipswich and Topsfield.
