Plain-English answers about what we collect when you ask us for a roof estimate, and what we do with it.

This policy explains what ALL PRO PHOENIX CORP, doing business as All Pro Phoenix Roofing, does with the information you give us. We are a roofing contractor, not a data company. We collect what we need to inspect your roof, quote the work, and follow up — nothing more.

Last updated: January 2, 2026.

Information we collect

When you submit an estimate request, call us, or email us, you choose what to share. Typically that includes:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address so we can reach you about your roof.
  • Property information — the city, neighborhood, or street address of the building that needs work, plus whatever you tell us about its condition.
  • Project details — the service you selected, your message, and any photos or documents you send us.
  • Basic site analytics — anonymous page-view data such as which pages were visited and roughly where the visitor was located. This is aggregate traffic data, not personal identification.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details, or payment card numbers through this website. If anyone claiming to represent us requests that information online, call us directly at the number on this site before responding.

How we use your information

  • To schedule and perform a free on-site roof inspection.
  • To prepare and send you a written, itemized estimate.
  • To answer questions, coordinate scheduling, and provide warranty service after the job.
  • To help you document storm damage for an insurance claim when you ask us to.
  • To meet Massachusetts permitting, licensing, insurance, and tax record-keeping obligations.

We contact you about your own request. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and every message we send includes a way to tell us to stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these narrow cases:

  • Our own crew and estimators, so the right people show up at the right address.
  • Material suppliers and manufacturers, when a warranty registration in your name is part of the job.
  • Your insurance carrier or adjuster, only when you have asked us to help with a claim.
  • Municipal building departments, when a permit or inspection requires it.
  • Service providers who host this website or route form submissions to us, bound to handle the data only on our instructions.
  • Legal authorities, if we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

Text messages and phone calls

When you check the consent box on our estimate form, you are agreeing to let us contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or just tell whoever you speak with. Opting out of marketing never affects service on a job already underway.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a static website. It does not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. Any analytics we use is limited to aggregate traffic measurement so we know which roofing topics homeowners actually read. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep records

Estimate requests that never become jobs are kept for a short period in case you follow up, then discarded. Completed job records — contracts, permits, photos, and warranty documents — are retained for the life of the workmanship warranty and as long as Massachusetts law requires, because you may need them years later when you sell the property.

Your choices

  • Ask us what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your inquiry, unless we must keep it for warranty, permit, or tax reasons.
  • Tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

To make any of those requests, call +1 (209) 758-8550 or email info@allprophoenixcontractor.com.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for property owners and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to job records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so we keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be summarized here rather than buried.
