Terms of Service

How our estimates, warranties, scheduling, and website content work — written to be read, not to be skipped.

These terms cover your use of https://allprophoenixcontractor.com and the estimates we provide through it. ALL PRO PHOENIX CORP operates this site as All Pro Phoenix Roofing. By using the site or requesting an estimate, you agree to what follows.

Last updated: January 2, 2026.

What this website is

This site describes our roofing services and shares educational content about roofs in the Boston area. It is marketing and reference material — not a binding offer, not a price quote, and not engineering advice for your specific building. Nothing here creates a contract until we have inspected your property and both parties have signed a written agreement.

Estimates and pricing

  • On-site inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation.
  • Any cost ranges published on this site are general market context for Greater Boston, not a quote for your roof. Real pricing depends on size, pitch, access, layers to tear off, decking condition, material selection, and historic-district requirements.
  • A written estimate is valid for the period stated on the document itself. Material prices move, and we will tell you honestly if a quote has aged out.
  • Hidden conditions — rotted decking, failed sheathing, undocumented layers — are discussed with you and priced before we proceed, not added silently to your invoice.

Scheduling and weather

New England weather controls roofing schedules. We do not open a roof we cannot dry in before rain or snow arrives. If a nor’easter, high wind, or ice pushes your start date, we will tell you as early as we know and reschedule at no penalty to you. Emergency tarping and leak mitigation are handled outside the normal schedule.

Warranties

  • Workmanship warranty — covered by the written terms in your signed contract. It applies to the quality of our installation.
  • Manufacturer warranty — supplied by the shingle, membrane, or metal manufacturer, on their terms, and registered in your name where the product allows.
  • Warranties do not cover damage from causes outside the roof system: structural movement, ice damming caused by attic conditions we were not hired to correct, foot traffic by other trades, satellite or solar installers penetrating the roof, or acts of nature beyond the product’s rated limits.
  • Warranty coverage assumes the roof is maintained — gutters kept clear, debris removed, and repairs by others not performed without telling us.

Permits, licensing, and insurance

We pull the permits a job requires and carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. Certificates are available with any estimate — ask, and we will hand them over. In designated historic districts, additional local review may be required before work begins, and those approvals are outside our control on timing.

Insurance claims

We help homeowners document storm damage and meet with adjusters. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or an attorney, and we do not negotiate your claim on your behalf or promise a particular outcome. Whether a loss is covered is your carrier’s decision. We will never offer to absorb, waive, or rebate your deductible — that is illegal in Massachusetts and a red flag from any contractor who suggests it.

Content on this site

The text, photography, logos, and layout here belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read, print, and share links. You may not republish our content as your own or use our name or logo to imply an affiliation that does not exist.

Our guides describe general best practice for Massachusetts roofs. Roofs are dangerous. Do not climb onto one, especially a wet, steep, or snow-covered one. Read our material as background for a conversation with a licensed contractor, not as a substitute for an inspection.

We link to manufacturers, municipal departments, and review platforms when it is genuinely useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Massachusetts law allows, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, for services. This limitation does not apply to the obligations set out in a signed contract for actual roofing work — those are governed by that contract, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Essex County, Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The version posted here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
