What Boston-Area Homeowners Say About Our Roofing Work
Every review on our Google Business Profile is a five-star review. We would rather show you 4 honest ones than a wall of anonymous testimonials you cannot verify.
Why our review count is small
We are an owner-operated shop, not a franchise with a marketing department chasing ratings. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers who never get asked to post anything. Judge us on the roofs — ask for addresses in your neighborhood and go look at them.
In Their Words
Real reviews, unedited
Copied verbatim from our Google Business Profile.
Paulo and his crew were so friendly, professional and QUICK! They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day! Our home is over 100 years old and needed some boards repaired, Paulo did a great job explaining everything. This review is almost 2 months after the job and we have had quite a few summer storms, I’m very happy the price was very reasonable and highly recommend them!

Patterns Worth Noticing
What customers keep bringing up
Six themes run through our reviews. Each one is a deliberate choice about how we run a job site.
They clean up before they leave
Both written reviews call out cleanup. Torn-off shingles and roofing nails end up in driveways and lawns when a crew rushes. Ours sweeps the property with magnets and hauls debris the same day.
The owner explains the work
On a 100-year-old home with rotted boards, our customer got a walkthrough of exactly what was replaced and why. Paulo does that on purpose — you should understand what you are paying for.
Fast, without being sloppy
“Quick and efficient” shows up in both reviews. Most residential asphalt replacements are a one-to-three day job. Speed comes from crew size and sequencing, not from skipping steps.
Pricing people call reasonable
A full roof replacement plus a skylight, described as affordable. We quote line by line so you can see where the money goes instead of getting one lump number.
It held up through storms
One review was written two months and several summer storms after the job. That is the review that matters — the one written after the weather tested the work.
Flexible and easy to reach
Customers mention responsiveness, punctuality, and flexibility. You get a real person on the phone, not a dispatcher three states away.
The Work Itself
What those reviews are describing
Rotted boards replaced, a skylight flashed properly, a driveway swept clean. The specifics customers mention by name.
FAQ
Questions about our reviews and references
Fair questions to ask any contractor before you hand over a deposit.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Tell us your town and we will give you addresses nearby where you can drive by and look at the work. A roof you can stand in front of is better evidence than any photo gallery.
On request, with the customer’s permission. We will not hand out contact details without asking them first, so give us a day to make the call. Prior customers with a similar house type — a three-decker, a slate roof, a coastal home — are usually the most useful ones to talk to.
Read the ones that describe a specific problem rather than the ones that just say "great job." Look for cleanup, communication when something unexpected turned up, and how the roof performed afterward. A review written two months and several storms after the work is worth ten written the afternoon the crew left.
Because we are not going to display credentials we have not earned. Plenty of roofing sites in this market show badges that turn out to be directory listings or supplier logos rather than real certifications. We would rather show you four verifiable Google reviews and the roofs themselves.
